Welcome to Lanashop! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the merchant Lanashop. Lanashop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the "Services"). Lanashop uses Shopify, which allows us to provide these Services to you.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Orders are placed via the Lanashop.si online store. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lanashop reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Lanashop confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before we accept your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Lanashop may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
You may return or exchange your purchases only in accordance with our Return Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. Payment is possible via online payment systems or bank transfer (pro forma invoice). Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, packaging, and customs duties or import costs.
Prices published in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical stores or online or other stores operated by third-party providers. We may occasionally offer promotions for services that may affect pricing, which are governed by terms and rules separate from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and packaging costs and all applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out via courier services or personal pickup at our branches. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Products must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
SECTION 7 – COMPLAINTS (RECLAMATIONS)
Please report any product defects or damage immediately upon receipt. Complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
SECTION 8 – RETURN COSTS
If the consumer returns a product without a defect, the return shipping costs are covered by the consumer. The merchant will refund the full purchase price and the original shipping costs once the consumer has received the product. If the product is damaged or incorrect, the return costs are covered by the merchant.
SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement, are the property of the merchant Lanashop, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by US and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent. As part of the Services, we may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over.

Lanashop uses Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Lanashop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Lanashop, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Lanashop.
